As part of the annual publication of its Gender Equality Index, Action Pin obtained a score of 88/100 in March 2024 for the year 2023.


This score is broken down as follows:

- The pay gap between women and men, by age group and by category of "equivalent positions" = 33/40.

- The gap in the rate of individual pay rises = 35/35.

- The percentage of female employees who received an increase on their return from maternity leave, where increases occurred during this period = 15/15.

- The number of employees of the under-represented gender in the top 10 = 5/10.


This result reflects our commitment to fighting discrimination and encourages us to pursue our policy in this direction.
