As part of the annual publication of its Professional Gender Equality Index, Action Pin achieved a score of 94/100 for the year 2025.
The score is broken down as follows:
Gender pay gap, by age group and "equivalent position" category: 39/40.
Gap in individual pay rise rates: 35/35.
Percentage of employees who received a pay rise upon returning from maternity leave, when pay rises were granted during that period: 15/15.
Number of employees of the under-represented gender among the 10 highest earners: 05/10.
This result reflects our commitment to fighting discrimination and encourages us to continue our efforts in this direction.
